por meio de contato telef\u00f4nico. As atividades de telemarketing constituem um importante instrumento para o crescimento dos servi\u00e7os de telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es no Brasil.<\/p><p>Em iniciativa do setor, as principais Prestadoras de Servi\u00e7os de Telecomunicac\u00f5es do pa\u00eds se reuniram para debater boas pr\u00e1ticas e padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o de uso deste mecanismo, em alinhamento com o crescente debate do tema pela sociedade e em respeito ao cidad\u00e3o.<\/p><p>Entre as propostas discutidas pelas Prestadoras, estava a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma base de dados centralizada para coletar as informa\u00e7\u00f5es dos usu\u00e1rios que n\u00e3o possuem interesse em receber este tipo de liga\u00e7\u00e3o.
